Team Skyline respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. It is our goal to provide you with an enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience, and to meet and exceed your expectations. To accomplish this goal we use the information our customers provide in the following ways.

The customer information that Team Skyline collects through its web site is used to process orders and improve your shopping experience.

The information you volunteer enables us to process your purchases, confirm your orders, customize the content and layout of our pages, notify you about updates to our site, and provide you with additional information about our products.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Terms Net 30 days to established accounts. All overdue accounts subject to interest of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Until an account is established, all orders are C.O.D. Minimum invoice is $ 25.00, otherwise there is a $ 10.00 service charge.

SALES TAX
All orders are subject to applicable taxes.

RETURN POLICY
Please submit the form below and we will get back to you with authorization and how and where to return your product. Products being returned are subject to a 15% handling charge.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
Any shortages must be reported within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Any damaged goods must be claimed immediately with the carrier and a copy of the claim form sent to Team Skyline.
